Karen began her real estate career in 1997 and quickly earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results. After more than two decades with RE/MAX First Choice Realty Ltd., she proudly launched the KH Team Thunder Bay branch of eXp Realty in 2025, fulfilling her goal of owning her own office and expanding her passion for mentoring agents and elevating client service through cutting-edge technology and powerful marketing systems.

Karen specializes in resale and new residential homes, first-time buyers, downsizing, relocations, recreational properties, rural homes, and agricultural real estate. Born and raised in Thunder Bay and with roots on a rural dairy farm, she brings unmatched insight into both urban and country properties—making her a trusted advisor for every lifestyle and price point.

Kaity Howarth is a Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty Brokerage, building deep roots in her hometown through meaningful relationships and client-focused service. She began her real estate career after returning home from her professional hockey career in Montreal, Quebec, following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, NS, where she played on a hockey scholarship.

Alongside real estate, Kaity is the owner and head coach of Thunder Bay’s only fully women-owned and operated hockey camp, For The Girls, balancing entrepreneurship, coaching, and real estate with leadership and focus.

Her experiences in high-performance athletics and business have shaped her professionally and personally, instilling attention to detail, accountability, and a team-first mindset. Clients value her dedication, organization, and approachable nature.
