Hi, I’m Karen Hill, REALTOR® and Team Leader of The KH Team at eXp Realty, born and raised in Thunder Bay. With over 28 years of experience across Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario, I’m known not just for my strong negotiation skills and deep market knowledge, but also for my commitment to mentoring agents and helping them build successful, sustainable real estate careers.
I began my real estate career in 1997 and quickly earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results. After more than two decades with RE/MAX First Choice Realty, I launched the KH Team Thunder Bay branch of eXp Realty in 2025, fulfilling my goal of owning my own office and expanding my passion for mentoring agents while elevating client service through cutting-edge technology and powerful marketing systems.
As an industry leader, I serve as President of the Thunder Bay Real Estate Board, and have been on the Board of Directors since 2022. I also volunteer with the Ontario Real Estate Association and sit on the Mayor’s Housing Task Force, helping shape housing policy and advocate for homeowners across Ontario.
My career achievements include induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, multiple Platinum Awards for sales performance, and recognition as an eXp Icon and Certified eXp Mentor, reflecting both my sales excellence and my commitment to guiding other agents toward success.
